Bugfix work on umbrasync continues

We've managed to (finally) get our Monad nodes connected with the rest of the network, though we've identified one last major oversight in our transaction replays

We're having issues getting our testnet Monad nodes synced with the rest of the network. MACE will continue to be unavailable until the nodes have successfully synced.

Umbrasync now seems compatible with monad v0.12, though we're currently experiencing issues with getting all our nodes up. Other monad teams are reporting similar issues.

Our swaps app may be unavailable or return routes with inaccurate or stale data after the next Monad testnet upgrade is applied. We will perform the necessary changes to our solver and umbrasync as soon as possible.
