Scaling issue with new tracked tokens

We had an issue which prevented us from indexing more than 20k tokens and exchanges at once which had a cascading effect. This has now been resolved

All Regions have successfully restarted. Work is also currently being done for updates such as these to roll out in a staggered manner and for API traffic to be routed to other regions while they happen.
